How do I properly inquire about a custom design?

To inquire about a custom garment please completed our inquiry form and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

How do I reserve my spot for prom?

You would first need to book a consultation. with the designer to come up with your final design & price. The next step would be to pay your 25%-50% deposit. The deposit is the only way to secure any booking.

Can I just text or call to explain what I want?

When you submit an inquiry form we will send an inquiry response with estimated quote. If we are a good fit for each other we will navigate you to book your consultation where we will speak on the design and details more in depth.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes we do, we accept up to four payments. Your deposit is 25-50% of the dress total and must be paid up to one week after your paid consultation. This payment is used to purchase materials needed. Once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after. If the deposit was 25% the next payment would be 25% as well bringing the balance to 50%. At this point we will cut fabric and get started. The final 50% payment is due when the garment is at least 75% complete. However, depending on the price of the garment the payment plan may differ. These payments are scheduled and must be made on time or late fee will incur.

Do you work with people who are not in Los Angeles?

Do I have to come in for a fitting?

Coming in for a fitting is welcomed but not at all mandatory. During your virtual consultation the designer will guide you or someone else through gathering multiple body measurements to ensure the proper fit of the garment.

I have booked my appointment but feel I may be late, what should I do?

If you feel you will be 15 minutes late for your appointment please let us know at least 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment or a late fee will incur. If you will be more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you would need to reschedule and will be charged a rescheduling fee. It is best to book any appointments at a time you will definitely be available.

Will I be featured on your social media when I wear my custom piece?

We love featuring our clients on social media! We just ask that all photos are clean & professional. We recommend hiring a professional photographer but it is not required since most phones take high quality footage. Please make sure the photos & videos are high resolution and have a nice background that is not distracting.
