For any out of state clients looking to work with us we would start out with an inquiry to get an idea of what your are looking and your budget. From there we will send price estimate and any additional information needed to move on to the next step of the process. If the item you inquired about is within your budget the next step would be to book your virtual consultation. 

 

The consultation must be booked 3-5 business days before the appointment date. This gives us time to source materials to ensure we're giving you an accurate quote and gives you time to get your measuring tape if you don't already have one. The consultation is mandatory; the consultation payment is not included in the dress total.

During the consultation the designer would get to know you and what you are looking for, exchange design ideas to come up with a final design, & gather the necessary measurements to ensure a proper fit. Please be in a quiet area with a good internet connection at the time of your consultation or late fee will incur. 

 

Since you are out of state we presume that there will be no fitting. If you prefer to fly into LA for a fitting that is possible. Please just contact us in advance to schedule fittings.

 

To ensure the proper fit without a fitting you would just need to buy a measuring tape for the designer to guide you or someone else through gathering your measurements properly. Since the fit of your garment depends primarily on these measurements they must be taken properly.

 

During the process of creating the garment we will send up to two progress reports to take to place of the fittings and give the client an idea of where we are in the process. Please understand we are consistently working and will not always text, send photos, update, or answer questions immediately. If you have any questions during the process of creating the garment please submit it through your client portal for the quickest response. We will get back to you within a timely manner.
